My Pranks
Once upon a time A time of strength and proof of worth I was of so many beliefs and focused I would not bring someone in to bear my pain; I will, only alone I will live with smiles as long as I know I am the only one bearing the consequences of my action I will thrive until I know enough to make wealth and teach the others Hardened by the love I have for humanity and the love I choose not to give I started this journey Only to meet her, loving and kind With melting melodies Shoulders as high as my craving ambitions Beauty that blends future and strength I saw a charming light, strong and bright But at same time comforting And there she started hawking my name Spreading my stories Singing my songs Insulted, she was, sometimes battered For some reasons, she became more motivated She asked for nothing And treated me like a baby And as you know, only a baby’s smile is most comforting to the mother I wondered and tried to make myself known. But time and the game kept competing with me Everywhere she went, she cried and begged With words, I couldn’t believe she’d say She promised to keep this game on… she played. And finally, here I am on this stage Sharing my stories with her in his arms She played the same pranks I couldn’t believe would happen to me I am one who cares for his people And leave them happily with joy in their voice Now I wonder what was the case when I left that peace to save another Now I have all I ask and hope for nothing Only her love and her presences again Now I can truly say I was bred by a woman And made successful with one of her kind As she isn’t only a woman, she is a hero Never had I taught; I would say this today But I wish and pray we started again
