Once upon a time Darts flew Blood flowed Love quenched Joy suffered And peace kept quiet It rained down fire Darkness tackled hope All was insane And peace kept quiet Human fled for shelter It vomited them They ran to the sky It took their breath away And peace kept quiet Years passed And peace said, "What you wish Is what you see Your dark hearts Caused your dusk My plea You stabbed My cries, you laughed Now my death Your mischief Time has passed And ye shall stay where you've built Until I see me again." And peace kept quiet
